We live in a world where a straight cis dude saying that he maybe could find himself being attracted to another dude in the future is considered revolutionary, but when actual queer people voice their experiences and opinions they’re told to shut up.

Incredible.

gender experimentation is critical and you should not need to be afraid of it and if any queer culture cannot provide spaces free from fear in doing so it has failed in the most fundamental way it can fail

i mean they probably had reasonable suspicion the first 257 times, right?

Oh my god.
Okay, so there are 365 days in a year. Multiply that by four years and you get 1,460…when you divide the amount of times he’s been stopped, 258, you get 5.65.
That means, on average, this dude got stopped every five and a half days. Can you imagine if you got pulled over once every week. And keep in mind, this is just at his job. His place of employment. His livelihood. The place that he is supposed to be. The thing that cops and conservatives always accuse black people of not having even though white people make up a much higher percentage of welfare recipients. Yeah, he had a job. And not only that, he kept the fucking job even after all this bullshit.
Anyway,
Out of those stops every five and a half days, he was searched for a good number of them as well.
And he’s been jailed 56 times. FIFTY SIX.
Can you imagine if you got stopped by the police every five days, 25% of which led to you being put in fucking jail? AT YOUR JOB.
He’s been to jail 56 times and he’s not even 30 yet.
Everyone should be really pissed off about this.

Anonymous asked: What's so bad about periods

mistyslay:

  • Blood comes out of your vagina for anywhere from 3-7 days
  • That blood you lose can be around 4 tablespoons to a cup
  • a cup of blood, vaginal mucus, and endometrial tissue
  • You get cramps that will make you cry. You can vomit and/or pass out from them
  • You will get horrible mood swings
  • You get headaches
  • Backaches
  • Your breasts hurt so bad sometimes you can’t even touch them
  • You get acne everywhere
  • Your actual vagina could be sore
  • Your feel constantly tired
  • You have a constant fear of soaking through your pad/tampon
  • You can’t lay a certain way in bed
  • You take pill after pill and it still doesn’t help
  • You bloat and gain weight
  • You might have anemia (iron deficiency) which can not clot your blood causing so much blood loss it’ll be deadly
  • You never feel full
  • Everything irritates you
  • You will cry a lot
  • Once you get up in the morning, your center of gravity has shifted and all the blood settling in you during the night will now rush out of you causing you to clench your legs tightly to avoid leaking
  • You get made fun of for having a period ?////?/?/
  • You’re forced to go to school/work
  • You get told that you’re overreacting

but ya know, fixing your dick discreetly in public is bad too

so this is a thing

a bunch of moms are making letters+audio recordings of affirming, validating letters to queer/trans* people who don’t get that kind of support from their moms

i would say more about it but

im kind of busy in this puddle of tears on the floor so

In case any of my followers don’t have this kind of support from home…

my mom did this and if you need an honourary mother i promise she would be happy to talk to you
